amazing im having same issue with my older brother as we speak im the youngest and today i received a response from the older brother just like scripture. i asked the lord for clarification and found this,talk about his good timing.thank you yeshua.

"Which we all so desperately need." Perhaps no more important part of your lesson than that. Other than perhaps that we ARE given the blessed fulfillment of God's promise for that need. Thank you also for expressing your open heart at the reading of the portion on the Father. Isn't it beyond amazing that our Father would run to us, even interrupting our confession. As dear old Dr. Mitchell used to say at the seminary I attended, "My. What a Savior." Thanks again, brother.

This is, hands down, my most favorite pericope in all Scripture. It has so many similarities to Christ and the Father. I am that prodigal week after week. I too left the church in my younger days too. Just didn't go, not that I stopped believing.
