Haven't read Illaoi's ability in detail, but I think I would put the tentacles on the second row when you have too many melee units.

put tentacles in front row closest to female units while having no other units in front row so they're targeted first

What does he mean by "if you''re offered 6 Poppies you can't take it"? I thought there are 10 4-cost in the pool? You can't hit a headliner if you have 6?

If you have more than half the pool of a champion the headliner wont get offered to you

if over half the pool is missing (for example, you're holding 4 and someone else is holding 2 copies of a 4 cost) you can't find headliners of that unit

if anyone was as confused about the poppy getting 99% AD from her passive as I was: It seems to consider all health above what a 1-star poppy would have, as bonus health for the passive visually. That means the additional 2000-ish health she has is counted for the passive and adds over 60% bonus AD that it shouldn't be adding, but the game seems to be calculating the damage correctly behind the scenes, resulting in the smaller AD bonus that BoxBox was looking at

It's every 4 if you have a headliner and every shop if you don't. If you install MetaTFT like boxbox uses it's top right of the shop
