If anyones curious the times he pointed out something obvious, at the end was when he: 1. He pointed out his aura 2. He said “rain is wet” 3. He said “the difference from Asian and Caucasians are the cock” 4. When he said “That’s genius!” to surprise attack 5. Then the fifth was the real one, so when he said “Suprise attack, your a breath of fresh air!”, he literally became a breath of fresh air. 😂

Captain Obvious' power lets him make things into reality by simply saying it, an upgraded version of Joe's Perfect Prediction. Joe would constantly list down the reality of his predictions, and Captain Obvious' power is like a buffed up version of PP. After Surprise Attack defeated him in battle, almost like in a similar way Surprise Attack was brought back to life, Joe was saved by the strange Aura and gained a power boost that allowed his Perfect Predictions to become Obvious or "reality". Because what's a surprise biggest weakness? The surprise becoming obvious!
