He is basically a concept.... The reason why he keeps coming back is because nobody expects him to attack cause he died. Therefore it's a surprise attack, thus his power activates In a way it's immortality.

He will be back, when you are punching the security, nope, he won't, but he will be back when you're not expecting him to come back because you know he won't come back when you're expecting him, thus somehow he just come back anyway, but not in the way you're expecting him. He is basically the meme "You're expecting no one to protect him, but it is I, Surprise Attack!" And somehow he has changed place with the security. Any scenario can go as long as it's a surprise. He is your "random Childhood event story made up just because you want to one up another story maker" in DnD. Like when you're walking on a street and suddenly a meteor shaped like Putin, hitting the road and make an explosion in the form of Trump Face, and leave a crater in the form of Obama's face, just because you wouldn't expect it, thus it will be a surprise. And it works

Surprise Attack is actually a Pokémon. Don't believe me? Well, we have seen some of Surprise Attack's moves, like stab (I've never seen this move, perhaps Surprise Attack's special move?), transform (Surprise Attack transformed into Eye Touchy in episode 10), dig (seen in episode 11) and some electric type attack (seen in episode 14). Then we also got an ability that revives Surprise Attack if it's surprising enough. And ofc, most importantly: Surprise Attack keeps saying their one name.
