They can clear the infection by looking back at you while you chase. I think it takes 10 secs of looking at you to clear it. If you want the infection to last longer, you have to break los while in chase.

Encountered my first speed hacker today and I've Been playing the game for quite some time but even tunneling them out, the game went nowhere I lost but killed the hacker and they seemed to know that I knew when he was toxic to me after the game but I never thought as a console player that I would ever see one. ​@@seffers4788 Defending a 3gen for hour long or slugging everyone to death just to see survivors suffer is fine too then? I know chases are more fun than doing gens but saboing and flashlight saving (which is NOT a chase) to hold the killer hostage is not the same as doing that to help your teammate escape. It's fun when both sides have fun, not when one of them feels completely helpless. I'll agree that it's nice that you don't have to worry about gens in a scenario shown in this video but it also prolongs the game if survs are succesful in what they're doing which you might not want and knowing that you are being constantly laughed at during a whole match no matter if you're doing great or not before finally ending the game with hateful messages towards you of course doesn't feel right. Also, it's not just killer mains being miserable, survivors complain about tunneling even tho it gives them more chases (fun) and less gen reparing (boredom) and that's without being constantly blinded, stunned or spit on in endgame chat too, why aren't they greatful instead? Isn't that what they want? Or are they miserable too? Both sides need to chill, it's just a game after all but also both sides need to RESPECT each other. Someone doesn't enjoy playing your game and wants to do something else, you don't force them to play another round just because that's what YOU want. Someone feels offended by your joke, you don't tell them another hundred like this just to make them mad. Treat others as you want to be treated.

I sorta understand why it has a projectile, the creature itself is "out of the blue" and you really can't guess what it is or what it does which opens up a lot of creativity, but kinda wish they leaned more into the hallucinations and stealth more than anti loop projectiles

I went against a squad yesterday of 4 TTVs all running boil over, flip flop, breakdown and something else. I won by slugging because I literally couldn't hook them. When I first heard about this UVX power I thought it sounded so lame but in practice it's immensely fun to use. Some of the angles and shots you can get, long range mortars, getting 2-3 of them at a time without them even seeing it coming lol. One of the best killers in DBD. Also just his teleport and unnerving appearance make it feel like more like a true horror game!

You know what I just realized about this killer. It is literally fiddlesticks. Like from LoL. The silouette, the theme, even down the to the strategy and what it does in its own lore. It operates in the same fashion and according to the same principles as Fiddlesticks. I wonder if they were trying to get that crossover license and failed, but just didn't want to trash the design and so had to come up with these weird replacement visuals?

I really don't understand the arguments about how survivors/killers should play and which is more toxic that happen in these comment sections. Overall, it's a horror game designed (pretty obviously imo) to be a one on four. Get spooked, have some good scares, or become a boogeyman and hunt in the mist. The fact that both sides be sweating hard for wins over enjoying some spooks with kooks is disheartening in a way. Also, thank you D3AD, it's cool to see the powers of new killers while thinking of ways I can get in some cheap scares against survivors. Assuming they aren't sweating, lol.

I gotta admit as a new survivor main, after about 100 hours with maybe 15 escapes , I might look like I'm bullying but im trying to get better. Killers are always getting 4ks. So I just practice looping, flash lights, etc. Still doesn't work against killer's lol I am wondering why I even play this game lol
