The Unlikely Hero of an Epic 12 Goal Series: Toronto vs Montreal | Playoff Moments

On November 30, 2016, Toronto FC hosted Montreal Impact for that chance. Montreal had gone up 3-0 in the 1st leg of the series, however Toronto managed to claw back 3-2, and give themselves a chance in the 2nd Leg at home. The 1st Leg set a high bar for entertainment value, and not only did the 2nd leg raise that bar, but it will be remembered as one of the greatest playoff games in MLS History.
Members from both sides of that game, Jozy Altidore, Michael Bradley, Patrice Bernier, Greg Vanney, Mauro Biello, and more, revisit their experiences from that special night. A regular message in the Toronto FC locker-room was “people remember how you make them feel”. If that is indeed true -- players, coaches, and fans will never forget that game.

@@JaxCarter9 I don't know much about the Portland/Seattle rivalry. But I do know that the TFC/MTL rivalry transcends football. It's a rivalry of cultural differences, political differences. It is a modern city vs a historic old city. There's so many layers to it. For me that's what makes it the best rivalry.

That night was even better than the night we won MLS Cup for me. I've never felt that much energy in any stadium as when Cheyrou put in that winning goal barely a minute after coming off the bench. And the fact that he was my favorite player made it all the better. It was magic. I remember lifting my son up and jumping up and down as the crowd went nuts around us. It's a memory I cherish. Great video. Gave me chills all over again!

Whatever, but Bradley should not be the US captain anymore, the guy is not good enough and has never been. He is just an overrated player , very inconsistent and lazy,...just a second class, average player. Even when younger and playing in Italy he spent Time (a lot of time),... seating on the bench because the coach didn't trust him.
