Everytime I watch one of your videos, I learn so much. I follow the advice you give that pertains to me since I have a very small closet. I am 72 years old and went back to college at age 63. I love reselling so much that I am busy everyday! I take weekends off and have focused my sourcing on a whole 'nother level. You keep my brain and mind stimulated! Chris, I found my first Bolo!! Not one person bought it for 30 days because of the color tag at goodwill. I got it for 25% off at 5.99 so like 3.90 . It was a Ralph Lauren Purple Label Keaton French Cuff Lilac color dress shirt flawless condition. I didn't know exactly what I found but all I remember from you and tech were RL purple Label is The highest end Ralph Lauren . I'm pretty stoked!!

More important than anything, to me, are the conditions of the workers and environmental impacts of mass producing anything. So I encourage anyone developing a product to consider that. Reselling is valuable because these items have already been produced very likely in less than desirable (not always) conditions, so better to buy used themn continue the cycle of mass producing things just for profit.

Chris: Defined Benefit Plan (DB) is a better way to save for retirement if you do not have any long term full time W2 employees. DB is a pension plan but you would collect the all the pension funds if you are the only employee full time. In a DB you can put up up to around $200k a year, tax deferred. I put 6 figures and love it.

Chris offer good info and content. Bottom line sellers fail because believe they know everything. I have met sellers who refuse to improve methods even though their methods are average. Another issue is refusal understand profits ratios.

Everything someone does to be successful can be mimicked ... find out what they do, practice what they use as process and systems and then do the same thing. No one has the corner on any market. You must be analytical, dissect their business and then compete. You must invest the time and effort or you are just kidding yourself. There is no free lunch.
