So true about how to be able to remain mentally present and how apparent it is when you're scatter-brained, rushing around so much that attention fades as it's stretched over multiple tasks simultaneously

Video games, books, and CD’s have kept me afloat as fillers for when big ticket items are slow to sell. I have a small eBay shop so I have to use the space I have wisely lol CD’s are great because you can list them quickly and keeps the algorithm happy. Same goes for video games. Books take slightly longer.

Just started building a brand trying to calculate eBay nirvana, mine is more retail though, list once, add quantity. Almost half sell on Etsy, adding WalMart and Amazon soon, love these as inspiration.

I just got rid of almost all of my priority mail free supplies. Priority has got price prohibitive. Doing ground almost exclusively. What are you doing?

same. I have not used priority since the start of ground advantage. No one is complaining about time to receive their items.

I never really thought about it until this comment but i haven't reordered any free priority shipping items and i am completely out. The first thing i thought of was buying some supplies and I never like to buy supplies. Hmmm....

@@Eighthhousefallen I haven't used any in six months, except the flat rate padded. Occasionally shipping to the East Coast is cheaper that way if the item is heavy.

Why do you send a packing slip? I haven't found any reason to and when i receive one as a buyer i just feel like they are wasting paper and ink.

This guy monitors his employee's efforts to refill a coffee machine with water. How about he stops being cheap instead and treats his employees with respect and hire someone to do this? No, he would rather install a camera. This is how you lose employee trust. Guy obviously has control issues.
