I grew up playing Elite Squadrons, so the X1 and X2 story holds a nostalgic place in me. Sure the story wasn’t the best and could have really used some changes/rewrites, but it was serviceable. Compared to the PSP, the story on the console sounded a lot more fleshed out and grand in scale. Still a shame we never got to see and play this.

8:40 the Inhibitor chips didn’t even exist. At least at the time. It was a S6 TCW retcon. This sort of drama was more common with clones and their Jedi in the EU comics and novels. Originally George Lucas insisted it wasn’t brainwashed into the clones. He changed his mind much later.

@@DedricSilva Oh I 100% agree. The Pre-TCW Clone Wars content was detailed enough to fit the whole timeline and the show just did its own thing and has enough to fill its own timeline. No reason to try and have both in the same continuity.

@@DedricSilva unfortunately completely separating TCW from the rest of Legends lore is difficult because the characters known as the Mortis Gods in Disney Canon play an obscenely massive part in Legends Lore as the Celestials, not to mention the fact that there are tons of Legends comics that were using the TCW interpretation of the clones even if the stories weren't connected to TCW.
