Indian Street Food is all about stories, success, struggles and moments. Getting the opportunity to visit Lucknow was huge but what was even bigger was the fact that Mohammed Usman ji and Nawab Jafar Mir Abdullah ji invited me to their houses and spoke to me for hours about the culinary art of Lucknow.
A story that has either never been told or has been shared without facts is the story of Tunday Kababi.

@Eureka No. Hari chutney mostly goes with Shami kebab. With galouti all you need is onions with lemon. Chutney will not let the aroma and taste of galouti come out.
