She made her case to Kakashi after seeing that the 4th ninja war mentally affected a lot of civilians. People forget, entire countries were cleared out for the 4th ninja war...some people returned home to destroyed villages, some were wiped out by bijuu bombs, and a lot of people were mentally screwed up from the worldwide genjutsu that madara placed everyone in. She saw a problem, came up with a solution, and Kakashi helped her make it happen

Actually Kakashi being hokage for one of the longest time in history (more than a decade), and while people said his tenure was easy because naruto end the war and create peace, kakashi had to solve the effects after 4th shinobi war silently and maintain the peace era, change Konoha from debris after war to a well-developed and modern place. People think Kakashi tenure was easy because it took place after the war but they completely overlook the fact that peace does not come easy after conflict like that. He (and the other Kage) needed to uproot the existing foundation and cut clean from it to start fresh - that takes time, resources, political savvy, and intelligence to do. Kakashi was met with a lot of resistance by people who did not want to see the era Boruto is currently living in come to fruition - and this era isn’t even the final product Kakashi has envisioned. Kakashi, arguably, had to work harder than his predecessors because now he has to communicate with the entire world as well as tend to the development of his own village. While he’s not a powerhouse, he definitely deserves his title as Hokage because of his influence, his skills, his legacy and his intelligence.

Kakashi has shown better master in fire than Hiruzen, given the fact that Kakashi was able to counter a Sage of Sixth Path-amplified water style with his own fire style. He didn’t just match the jutsu, he overwhelmed it despite having the elementary disadvantage. Hiruzen on the other hand was only marginally able to counter the Zetsu in the war. Granted, you could argue he was not at his fullest potential but even then, no such feat to rival Kakashi’s is known from Hiruzen. But fire is Hiruzen’s nature affinity, whereas Kakashi’s is lightning. Therefore, Hiruzen has an advantage with fire style yet his current feats with it are subpar. So I would put Kakashi above Hiruzen in both leadership and power.

Well if no one gonna beat me to it. Out of the Kages 1-6 Number One Spot is honestly Kakashi. Followed by follow up of Tsunade then Hashirama and then Toberama and lastly Hiruzen . Kakashi had ten years on par with Tsunade Reign but helped pick up Seeds She laid in her Reign, meaning the Whole Build up of Alliances in other Matters outside of the Leaf while at the Same Time rebuilding as well as simultaneously Hold the Leaf Together. He effectively innovated a Treaty of Peace, as well as Helped change the Fundamentals of their own Ninja System running along Pulling a Big Change to help change the Issues he seen his Father Face, his Sensei, his Comrades along the way too had to deal, he disbanded the old Anbu and Re wrote the way Missions were Put out for Proper Ninja ready for Selection. Kakashi Dad stated seems you have more to do and Life wasn't done with you, Kakashi was on the verge of the Process . Amongst the Outcome of the War and taking the mantle he even Witnessed Tsunade sending Jiraiya someone Kakashi highly looked up too, he experienced It all to know and understand the Laws of.the Wrong and What it meant to be the Right Kage. Tobirama yes is the one to thank for a lot of things but sadly if wasn't for his bitter upbringing spawned Danzo as well that hatred and darkness that looms over the Series as he coulda heeded to the words of his brothers wishes rather than letting his emotion and anger for.Uchihas sideline his potential sure.in the war he stated it wasn't necessarily just the Fact of.the Uchihas. It coulda been anyone that he seen as a threat to the Village. Hashirama simply had.the purest of Ideas and it became what the Nations are with the help of Madara as well as Tobirama. The fact that they three was able to even come to this Creation of a Village and the Kage System was in fact a Triumph when it comes.to.looking at the fact of the matter, all both sides ever knew was Bloodlust and hate from both Sides . Hiruzen granted his reign as Kage then stepping down for Minato to stepping back up as having not much a Choice. Minato I rank actually higher than Hiruzen cause Minato was so young and honestly him even accepting his Title of Being the Hokage just when so much was happening in his Life I feel like.if we got to see another year we would see similar situations with how he would be dealing with matters like of like Naruto and dealing with being a Hokage and being a father. Tho we can see he least showed the cloud he can meet on a mutual level but had boundaries. Hiruzen he pushed heavily and invoking wars from what we know but by what we've seen he went from Living for his Sensei Words, then after passing the mantle to Minato to what transpired he possibly stayed devoted to helping the younger Youth so much to help do what he neglected before as to what came of Orochi and Minato even Kakashi and his own sons he definitely struggled as a parent there, Tho the one thing that gets heavily noted as he kind of mishandled Naruto's upbringing as much as letting Danzo do his dirt work and greenlighted a force of a Massacre. Also allowed nejis father to take the hut with the ordeal if the diplomatic matters with the Cloud. Imo with that situation in how they kidnapped Hinata, none of the other Kage would also let the Matter unfold like it did. I should also make note Hashirama got such a low Rank due to how young and how little we got to see and understand bout his Reign. One big thing he carelessly was trying to split the beast evenly and fairly to.show it wasn't bout money or ones power as a Village so that shows where the two senjus dealt with their horrible upbringings differently but on the same coin. Hashirama wanted to end fighting Tobirama wanted to never be In an environment of Such Lows and laid the foundation thanks his brother and that's the thing bout each Kage they each slowly adapted and innovatively took what the former Good the Kage carried or did and doubled it. So again as Hiruzen kept other Villages in the dark as well as his own People Tsunade coming in and finding ways to make a pac with the Sand Spoke Volumes as much as as Kakashi to the Cloud for even Sasuke's Status after the war. Those 2, well 3 counting Minato impact on Naruto, those three really helped mold him becoming Kage(not saying Jiraiya cause speaking strictly Kage) but when it comes to Kakashi and Tsunade they both are really the heavy Hitters for getting out of the darker Time's of the Leaf. Imo

1. Tsunade (she was given the shortest end of the stick, which fits well with the ethos of her character. She managed the Hidden Leaf during its most tumultuous times and she primed it for its development later on in Kakashi’s tenure.) 2. Kakashi (reasons stated in this video, his contributions in the two great ninja wars, and his legacy in teaching) 3. Hashirama (the Founder of the Leaf, the man who sought peace with the other nations before Naruto, and probably the one who prevented wars between nations because of his power) 4. Tobirama (established the Police Force, the Academy, many justsu. Truly a pioneer who solidified the foundation of the village) 5. Minato (although his reign was too short and not a lot of his activities are known) 6. Hiruzen (had a good heart for the villagers but man his nature is overshadowed by his weak heart. The Second Great Ninja War was started by the Land of Fire under his reign, Orochimaru was able to abduct countless amounts of children and steal S class ninjutsu knowledge before defecting, the Uchiha Coup, etc. he had good intentions but his execution or lack thereof had severe repercussions). Tobirama and Hashirama are the ones who set the foundation of the Leaf. Hiruzen maintained the foundations. Minato was the promised revolution of the Shinobi world but alas he didn’t live long. Tsunade and Kakashi are the primers of the revolution of the Leaf and the Shinobi world. Naruto is the guardian and the nurturer of this new world.

I think the thing I'll remember kakashis exclusively for is being the only human not descended from kaguya to awaken a mangekyo. I understand the circumstances tie him to Obito for it's awakening, but the fact that he was the human not of Uchiha descent who experienced that change is something I find interesting. Seeing as the awakening itself comes from a change in the chakra coming from the brain, specifically the third eye, and unless the sharingan are dealing with superposition, and kakakashi was somehow getting the same chakra out of obitos third eye, it would make him the first true human Uchiha. To think of it as his third eye, and obitos being connected by something solely inherent to chakra and yin yang release, which the sharingan itself is a manifestation of.

@@Sasukeis6-0againstNaruto entirely true. I'd say it's only that the Uchiha had the hardware to awaken sharingan, seeing as how they had kaguras (specifically otsosuki) genes. If that's the case, it's not too different from how when a person suffers loss or experiences pain the grow in power in response to that loss, for the usual reason that they have recognized their own shortcomings. Normally people have the assumption of 'i an the greatest' or 'i am powerful enough because of my scores or training.' however once they've dealt with a situation they realize they weren't strong enough to overcome, they realize that the test scores mean absolutely nothing. You can see this in other characters: Sakura for instance. There's plenty of running gags about how Sakura was the weakest in team 7. However, considering she was not a descendant of kaguya, nor was she a descendant of hashirama, yet was able to take on the hundred healings mark, and learn sage mode, despite being for all intents and purposes a vanilla character, this shows that Uchiha simply have an innate power to awaken in such times. Others may have to go through more rigorous processes to come even close to rivalring a sharingan, however they can find other ways to do so. And, while sharingan are in incredibly versatile thing, they are not the only way to accrue such power or visual prowess in some regards. For instance, being able to study and learn a jitsu. Minato observed the Biju bomb once, and made the rasengan. While true it was a much more time consuming way of doing it then the sharingan, humans of normal lineages are perfectly capable of replication of sharingan abilities, up until possibly mangekyo. Really Uchiha are just lucky in the sense that they have an inherited god gene to speed up the proces. So it has nothing at all to do with the emotions perse in terms of what Uchiha could achieve, especially seeing as how sarada awakens her sharingan not from loss or hate, but from gain and love. It shows that there are other ways for the Uchiha to use their power, and the sharingan is simply an extreme way of showing how those powers manifest, in a way that puts into perspective their exact experience in order to create their own unique abilities by the time they get to mangekyo. Every mangekyo user gains a specific talent, custom tailored to their life experiences. Sasuke for instance dosent really have as much prowess for using genjutsu, however can see through them well enough to deal with tsukuyomi, and debatably infinite tsukuyomi, and uses literal darkness to burn his enemies, and can switch places with other things. Which can be due to his insights of putting himself in other people's shoes. The big difference I suppose is that sharingan users create whole new justu far easier then others would, and it's usually a manifestation of a power they thought was most needed to overcome their shortcomings, having a much keener sense of what those are, whereas other learn jitsu and techniques that already exist in most cases, which is comparable to a newly awakened sharingan, as it is the copycat mechanic.

The Uchiha clan was almost too far gone by that point when Minato became hokage. Fugaku was trying to keep things in check. It wasn't until Itachi started getting screwed with by his sensei that Fugaku chose violence imo. He was already close, but seeing Itachi's dream of being hokage get shattered hurt Fugaku. Itachi's sensei was burying him, the same way the elders buried Fugaku's efforts in the 2nd and 3rd ninja war.

Hey, Naruto Explained. I know that lightning doesn't strike in a straight line. So can you explain to me(or make a video altogether) why is it that Ay can move freely in his Lightning Chakra Cloak, meanwhile, the Chidori causes tunnel vision and requires a dojutsu to compensate for the jutsu's flaws?

Its because Ay’s body is so strong plus the lightning armor makes it to where any possible counter attacks arent worth the worry. So he may still have tunnel vision, but rarely anyone is able to react. Plus, ‘normal’ ppl like Kakashi & Sasuke cant move as fast as Raikage on the regular. So for them to channel all their focus into one super fast move, is more risky. Plus plussss the lightning cloak increases reflexes too.

BORUTO THEORY MANGA SPOILERS!!!!!! I don’t know if this is already a well known theory but I just thought of it. What if the karma seal can’t fully take over boruto because he already has otsutsuki genetics. Like the way ada can’t use her jutsu on otsutsukis, the karma can’t take over other otsutski genes. So basically Boruto would be able to use his karma seal without risk of becoming possessed by momoshiki and it would function like the one kawaki just got. Just a theory but I think it could be cool

Not animating these stories wasn't Kishimoto's call. That was TV Tokyo, who ordered episodes for the Boruto anime, because Boruto: Naruto The Movie was the highest grossing Naruto movie of all time...they wanted to get a Boruto anime out as soon as possible. I get why they didnt animate these stories in depth, but it's a shame.
