I have a great fondness for the Royal family. Whilst I do not agree with our king being served hand and foot, I do not blame him, this is the way he was brought up. If you look back to Queen Victoria while a Queen in waiting she was not allowed to sleep on her own I think it was her mother who slept in the same room, also she was not allowed to come down stairs on her own, she to was also dressed, as was our belovered Queen Elizabeth ll, she had her shoes worn by someone to break them in for her so she was comfy I believe King Charles lll has to look at himselve to make changes and at his age he should know better but this is how he was raised I do not think he will change now.

LOL! Take this with a pinch of salt. The King is more than capable as are his sons who often teased him about his reliance on Palace servants. If I could afford staff, I definitely wouldn't clean my own toilet, clean in general, or cook for myself. Staff are employed and earn a salary for the work they do. The "Tax Payer" does not pay for this. The Duchy of Lancaster does, which is administrated by the current Government. The Duchy also donated to the State coffers, hence We the People also benefit.
