Hi Lerato. I "accidentally" came across your vid's in TikTok and I absolutely found them very much informative and very educational and started to follow you. To add in the post, I concur with you 110% that no enterprise can be sustainable with paying Bribes. A typical BOSASA case tells the tale that only creates a bigger hole to fill with what in the future its not sustainable. I have spent a very sizable experience (10yrs) in doing public tenders in the Medical space. With all what you said all that the Client needs its a reputable, competitive and problem-solving response that will meet their requirements. As a putting short, people need to find a specialty in what they can provide. I personally do not condone General Trading cause it gives no directive to what the business do, rather than to state products/ services one can provide. looking forward to your next post...>>

Depends on the requirements and your company experience you don’t have to as a director if you propose a team. Check what the criteria requires

It is unfortunate that this its narrated by a few (the likes of yourself and Lerato). And it has clouded the space that "BEE and Tendering" is it a corrupt procurement process. Workshops and posts like these should change the and bring the narrative to the course. There should be intense programs that teach people not to be the "Jack of All trade, finding your own trade", compiling a winning Bid, Bid adjudicating process (I think Lerato did make a small vid on this), Sourcing supplies, Local Content, PRICING.
