So nothing is ever out of question and if the offer is good enough, the pelicans will trade AD to any team, because he doesn't have a no-trade clause in his contract.

But thats only a portion of what AD is worth, you'd need to give up more, and zubac , ingram, lastly pope aint enough. You'd need to give even more than that for AD , even with Kuzma, ingram, zubac and pope its still not enough. You'd also need to give lonzo, and 1st round picks. Trust me, its all worth it though, if you're a real lakers fan, you'd do anything to get AD, for the sake of a championship. AD is just that good, you can even watch videos on what the lakers need to give up in order to get AD. Everyone knows that Kuzma gotta go, lonzo gotta go, ingram gotta go. Actually, the particular rule preventing the Celtics from getting AD is the designated rookie rule, a rule which essentially states that after the first two years of a rookie contract are up, and after the two year extension ends, they can extend their same contract by becoming designated rookies. Boston's issue is that they traded for Kyrie, a deignated rookie from Cleveland, and under CBA rules, they can't trade for another DR to be on their roster. The result is the same, Kyrie would have to be moved if Boston wanted AD, but they wont do that.
