I think it doesnt matter any type of couples who wanted to be a parent. To be a parent either straight/single parent/religious or not religious parents/mix racial parents i am from a mix family by the way/ gay couple parents/lesbian couple parents it doesnt matter. What matter is they took care of the child provide protection and love with care. Whats matter is To Love a child. And not neglecting a child no matter what.

Sorry, I DO NOT like surrogacy, and don’t know how any woman can agree to do this .I’m all for same sex couples being able to adopt as these children will be so loved , and will find a real home. But I know of a young gay man who has a child by a surrogate, and I don’t like it. Elton’s celebrity and wealth are irrelevant, and I’m sure he and David are great parents , but sadly rules are rules and if he was not allowed to adopt because of age , I still don’t like the fact he used a surrogate. Maybe it’s time to review the age limit on adoption especially if the adoptee is financially able to provide for a child / children in the event of death.Of cause some men will naturally father children at an advanced age, so arbitrary age limits for adoption are probably ludicrous.

@@SunnYOatz EXACTLY ! I won’t oppose your opinions and don’t you oppose mine ! I’m not trying to influence other people’s minds - within the law ANYONE can do as they wish, but I still think the adoption age limits should be reviewed and that’s my view. Put that in your pipe and smoke it !!!

It doesn’t matter one tiny bit that you don’t like the fact they used a surrogate!! Not your business is it love? They tried to adopt two Ukrainian children but weren’t allowed. Then they went for a surrogate and both contributed sperm. Sound like highly responsible dads to me! I wish them love, health and all the happiness that children bring. ❤❤❤❤❤
