I've been going thru sickness and the whole thing about devil comes at night was so triggering for me, almost wish I wouldn't have listened but I know I got to fight and apply God's word to it.

What if I really don't like reading? I can't focus. I don't get anything from reading. I listen to preaching.

You can also listen to the bible, there are many videos even on youtube, i often don't have the time to read so i started listening to the bible and i didn't understant much at first but after some time it started getting to me. Give yourself some time c:

@@iwonder5748 Begin speaking against that lie. It’s a lie from the enemy because the Bible says you have the mind of Christ if you’re in Him. The mind of Christ doesn’t have problems focusing. So begin to renounce the belief that you can’t focus, and that you can’t retain info when you read. Instead begin speaking, “I HAVE the mind of Christ, and my mind WILL focus and retain the words of life”!

In the book of James 1:22, We learn: "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed"
