You can actually upgrade turrets with the engineer on wallnut hills but the 2nd level for it has a missing texture making it bug out

I have a CRAAAAZY lore idea for that So basically the zombies decide to send goats to the Gnomiverse in those purple spacesuits. The plants catch wind of this, and with the help of Agent Rose, they capture a bunch of goats and mind control them, sending them there as well in green suits to counter the zombies. GW3 could've been in space lol

That's a Crystal Guardian, and yes, he's in the game. In the first game, the Engineer had upgradeable turrets near the teleporter. In GW2, the upgrades nearly made it in to also include the new Guardians. But as the video says, they scrapped the upgrades, leaving the model for the MKIII upgrade as the only one for both.
