I have 6 of his foam core warriors. love that stick because it gives me a bit of flexibility depending on the situation. Curve is good too for getting it high off the glass.

I also have one of his Warrior sticks when he was with Columbus. The red tape is a gauze type tape that is actually used for tennis rackets . It very sticky and also very abrasive on the blocker hand . After using it at a skate it created a hole on the index finger .

Yeah, just used it tonight for the first time. Wasn’t a fan of that tape. Gonna take it off.

That's usually a grip tape and supposed to be better on the glove. Regular hockey tape will wear out your gloves quicker.

I cut my stick down on the shoulders like his sticks do so I could grab it a little lower and I really like it. It’s not as sloped as Bobs is, but I feel like I have a better grip overall and feels more natural. Looks like all my sticks are going under the knife eventually haha

A 26 composite warrior is actually a 25. warrior sizes down

Yeah, I know, but it’s the only thing I had to compare. I was just trying to make a point that even though Bob’s stick is labeled as a 22, it doesn’t look as jarring next to a “normal” stick as you might think, especially with the different hand positions you can use with the sloped paddle shoulder.
