21:25 theres 160 members total and I counted about 6 escape pods in the puffballsunited scene and so i counted 20 with 4 escape pods way in the background assuming there is 3 in each one, 2 of them close to the screen both of them could have HazMat or Henry in either one and luxury is self explanatory, so in conclusion, about 141 people died in the explosion.

Dave Panpa in EtP (Sneaky Escapist) should be a possible death. Rupert Price reappears in the intro of ItA, so she lives. But Dave does not reappear in some routes such as Intruder on a Scooter > Government Supported Private Investigator > Presumed Dead > Valiant Hero. Therefore, I think Dave Panpa should be a possible death in EtP.

We can actually confirm some deaths for Pardoned Pals. Everyone seen in the epilogue of Toppat Recruits had to have been on the rocket before it launched, so all of them are confirmed deaths, plus Reginald and RHM aren't shown to have escaped.
