You said that the bishops lost sight of their mission partially because the laity has lost sight of OUR mission- I don’t agree with this, because most of the laity don’t know what the Catholic faith really means, due to decades of pablum from the pulpit and poor catechetical instruction. Those of us who know our faith are called to a greater degree- to whom much is given, much is expected. The clergy, and especially the bishops, cardinals and the pope have much to answer for. Every Saturday between 11am - 2pm I go to the local shopping centres and hand out Miraculous Medals, Benedictine Medals and the Green Scapular, pamphlets, sacred images and the book 'Infiltration'. So far 4x pax have come to the TLM and some many times. It is better to have 1x man and 1x woman like the Legion of Mary 'Visitation'. But all the women have become traditional nuns... Cardinal Burke hit the nail on the head... A devotional life leads to Catholic Action. I used to pray 12x hours a day but now 4x hours per day. PRAYER and ACTION! I have 5x companies, a band and exercise + 9x websites, YET still have time for a devotional and evangelisation life!❤❤❤

You know if you read the immigration laws on how to request asylum, people are supposed to cross into the next country to get you out of the threatening situation. Then you are supposed to go to the U.S. embassy and request asylum. So if they are crossing all those countries without following the right procedures, that’s on them. Belize, Costa Rica and Panama are all friendly to tourism from the U.S. There is no reason for Mexico to be letting them in at there southern borders. If they do make it into Mexico then they need to stay there until they receive permission.

I’m not smart. Years ago when our previous NO parishes started having business ads on the bulletins- supposedly to help with costs of printing & mailings. I sort of jokingly said- before long the corpus over the altar will be on Golden Arches rather than the cross. Gee 😮 I didn’t think it would be a rainbow or Mexican flag???

I started Cardinal Burke’s novena about 6 weeks late but have continued to pray it daily. I am from New Zealand but believe that what happens in the States affects us all; the novena does include other countries. May the Blessed Mother protect all of us.

I try saying all the mysteries of the Rosary everyday and often add a second Rosary of the mysteries for the day (Monday - Joyful, Tuesday - Sorrowful, etc.); saying in total 4 or 5 Rosaries daily. I will say them even while walking or driving or other activity. Plus a lot of other devotions like the Precious Blood Chaplet, DM Chaplet, and regular daily prayers. I never thought I could find time to say them all but somehow it works out, I suppose through the generous grace of God! It is also important to add some reading of Scriptures and other spiritual books. AVE MARIA! ❤

About the Luminous Mysteries, I don't see anything wrong with them BUT I think saying the "Our Lady of Sorrows" Rosary on Thursday would be ideal!
