I have a doubt that ,if we a company dealing in production of identical product and want to fix the target cost for the same product does target costing applied in it as it's not a new product as u had said In lecture,and one thing more that does opentuition provide the same service in terms of other financial exams like CFA for its all level.

Target costing is usually done for new products because it is with new products that it is easier to potentially reduce costs by changing the design. We do not provide tuition for the CFA exams - only for ACCA and CIMA.
