You had me at no online store. You know a bookstore is going to be great if they avoid the internet as much as possible. The half priced books trade in is hilariously on point. What blows my mind is I go in there and consistently find good books and I always wonder who in the hell would sell stuff like that there. It's so great that you and your wife share the same interest. My wife is the same. We could spend hours in a bookstore and no one is pulling to leave.

My local Half Price Books has about $2k worth of Warhammer novels and all I can think is "what moron sold those to this store?".

I love (though my wallet protests) going to used book stores almost every week. You might be proud to hear that I picked up the first McGee book as well as Time and Tomorrow, and Ballroom of the Skies by JDMacD and hope to read at least one of them in the next month.
