The UTMB® 2017 (English)

On a route slightly shortened to 167 km, it was the wine-grower François d’Haene who won the vintage 2017 after an ultra-rapid race (19hrs 01) during which he only stopped for 13’50! The maestro, Kilian Jornet completed the podium alongside the American Tim Tollefson as impressive as ever over the last part of the race.For the women, the Catalan athlete Núria Picas climbed to the top step of the podium, but it would not have taken much for this 'dream' to have evaporated a few kilometres from the finish, as she had Andrea Huser on her heels, who finally lacked less than three minutes to make the crucial connection.

Moya Waterworth I have to know what song this is. Have to, have to, have to! I have searched everywhere for a song by Valgelis called Conquest of Avalon and can’t find it. He has one called Conquest of Paradise. But nothing with the name Avalon. More info please!

Moya Waterworth Conquest of Paradise is a great song, but it is NOT the song that plays at 10:09 in this video. The lyrics I’m referring to are: “It’s so clear That you are One of us Now you’re here We built a home Where we can go Beneath the tropic sea The sun will shine” And that’s where it cuts out. It seems this organization is supporting Catalonia independence, it seems this organization is against Spain.... I won't attend this event, the organization should be focused on sport and not in politics
