Oh I know Trish his stuff is always so lovely. Try it while you’re listening to him read books it’s really relaxing and so in the spirit of what crafts are All about. I recommend Pinocchio. It’s a lot different than Disney.

This is very pretty. I have yarn I think I could use that will be beautiful for this. But, I have a question about some fine silk yarn I was given. What is the best crochet stitch or pattern to use ...the hook recommendation is for a 2.75 hook.? Thanks for any help.

Thx for doing this. I’m going to think about adapting it. I want a Danish tie shawl, or better yet, a Civil War Sontag. Basically a wrap top that fits everyone, but doesn’t hang way down and bind your arms. They were such perfectly adapted garments. There are patterns, but knit. I want crochet. It is a really long piece to try without a pattern. Not getting it right the first time would be a mess. Do you know of such a pattern I haven’t found?

Hi :) do you have a website etc where I can get/buy your patterns? Also, how long is this corner to corner when finished? If I want to make it longer where/how would I add stitches etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm still quite a newbie 😀

I do have an etsy store where I have a few patterns available - www.etsy.com/shop/Fiberspider As for making it longer - its a matter of determining length by where the halfway point is since its a point to point design. Perhaps measure a total length that you want it to be, perhaps using a piece of string as a guide or a preexisting shawl then use that to determine your halfway point with this shawl. I do hope that makes sense.

I was over the moon when I saw this pattern. But I've had to abandon it. It doesn't matter how I do it but it looks a mess. I've done practically all your Shawls ,and Iso want ,to do this. My main problem is at the edges. it feels as if I've left out some stitches. Am I the only one who thinks this Yours looks fabulous. Aaarrgh, .why can't mine !!!.Thankyou ,however ,fiber Spider, for all that you do .😊💞
