Thank you for the great tutorial. I am teaching my 11 year old twin daughters to read and follow crochet patterns using this pattern. it's been a while since I have crocheted (I'm a knitter), so your tutorial helped me brush up on the technique easily. Thank you!

I absolutely love this….finished with a 5 stitch shell so all edges had a boarder and it’s fabulous. Thank you so much. Will be making more for Christmas gifts. I make two full shawls as gifts last Christmas but will need 5 of these. Bye 💁🏼♀️

I think you have excellent teaching skills. Your voice is soft and in fact it simply would not be good or as good in a harsh loud voice. I appreciate your hooking skills (speed, holding method, yarn colors...) I really super love your tutorials as they are a ten of ten. Thank you for your time you spend teaching. You are deeply appreciated by me...and I am a non drinking, smoking child of the sixties...that’s me rolled up in a yarn ball! Thank you sincerely!

Oh, I'm so glad you liked this pattern, FiberSpider! I do really like simple patterns. Sometimes I feel like it's all my brain is capable of. :D Doing the ch3 is absolutely fine... I tend to chain way loose... I tend to crochet way loose... so ch2 works for me, but yeah, I'm all about the philosophy of "if that isn't quite working for you, feel free to tweak it so it does." :) Edit: Also, I had to laugh when you said, "Movin' right along," and I said to myself "dugga-dun, dugga-dun," and then you said "Footloose and fancy free." Busted up!

Love this! I had purchased some Mandala yarn for Christmas presents here, in the color Spirit. As always, I get the color for a certain person, then comes the pattern. I think this Vagabond scarf, will be absolutely perfect for the yarn and the person I chose it for! Now, I just need to get busy LOL! As always I have numerous things going at once.. there just aren't enough hours in the day! Thanks for doing this one for sure!

Pat Boyd the v stitch is a DC ch 1 DC in the same space. If you do 2dc ch 1 2dc in the same space it's called a shell stitch or cluster v stitch. Everything has so many names!

I'm dying to hear your reviews of the new Caron Cakes!
@FiberSpider7 жыл бұрын
Which ones? Do you mean the line of baby colors?
@kimberlyaglapion97677 жыл бұрын
First, the original cakes now have 18 new FABULOUS Fall colors! The new Tea Cakes are similar yarn blend but size 6 Bulky and have a heathered color effect. There's a Sprinkle Cake which is also size 6 Bulky but a different yarn blend. My prayers were answered with the Big Cakes which is a whopping 603 yards of SUPER SOFT 100% acrylic yarn worsted weight 4 (most of the people I crochet for are asthmatic and can't have wool). And the ultimate cutie patootie cake is the Cupcake - Light Weight #3 to make a hat and comes with a pompom. YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!!! www.repeatcrafterme.com/2017/08/introducing-caron-cake-shop-yarn.html ****I'm not a Caron Cake representative; I just knew you'd flip with joy when you saw them!!!
