"The vacated Spain: the case of Castilla y León" has been presented as a Final Degree Project by Lourdes Sánchez and Paula Bretón. This reportage talks about the problems that the rural population in Spain is experiencing, specifically the residents of Castilla y León. In addition, the characters presented propose possible solutions to this situation.
Characters: María-José Nieto Hernández (mayor of Pascualcobo), Iván Díaz Díaz (mayor of Gilbuena), Pilar Burillo Cuadrado (expert in geographic information systems), Antonio Hernández Martín (rancher of El Barco de Ávila), Ana Morillo (spokesperson of the Viriatos association in Zamora) and José Almeida (writer from Zamora).
