I am assuming everybody here has watched Vampire Diaries, I have only watched The Originals since it began and am thinking about watching TVD just to see the Originals in it, should I or should I not, I have read that both shows don't have the same mood.

I am Perfection well it's been 10 months since this was posted but I'm a fan of both. I think the originals is more gory and as tvd goes on it gets kinda boring until it finally pick up again. Tbh Matt and Elena just annoyed me through all of season 6 and Matt from season 3-8. I would watch t though bc when there's originals it's amazing!

tvd is a great show, you kinda get hooked up and can’t stop watching. if you think that season 5 of tvd isn’t that great, you can continue the originals. otherwise tvd season 6 is the best season
