I’m glad to see my books reached you safely! Millennium Snow is only four volumes long, so you have the whole series. It’s not necessarily amazing, but it’s a cute enough series and it’s an important work for Bisco Hatori, who also wrote Ouran High School Host Club.

I recently came across a book titled Dracula's Child by J. S. Barnes. It was just released this year, so it's practically brand new. It's written as a direct sequel to Bram Stoker's Dracula, taking place about ten years after the end of the original novel, and surrounds Jonathan and Mina Harker and their son Quincey. I haven't started reading it yet in earnest, but a quick glance through it shows that it is written in the same style as Dracula: excerpts from various diaries, letters, and newspaper clippings. I am very excited to start reading it soon and figured I would mention it to you, in case you haven't heard of it.

Vampire of the Mists is a great book. And Jander Sunstar is really the best character in it. I read it and then sought out every short story that the character appeared in. I think you'll find it a good read.

If this helps...They did a miniseries of just the first book of The Morganville Vampires back in 2014. Amber Benson starred in it and it's on Amazon and Geek and Sundry

Have you read the Tanya Huff Blood books. I read the first one and enjoyed it, but then I fell in love with the TV series. That might have more to do with my love of the actors and Canadian genre shows from the 90's. Found it on Amazon Prime Video last night!

You need to be a vampire in order to read all the vampire books. I love journals and notebooks. Honestly, I'd just buy the covers and use them as wall art since the pages are usually plain.

I wonder how good the introduction in that Edgar Allan Poe book is. Does it really make a convincing case for the stories being vampire ones? Because I suspect the publishers of that book of just trying to make a quick buck by putting together some public domain short stories and marketing them as something they're not to an audience they think doesn't know any better. Anyway, loved the video, as always.

While I'm very happy someone sent you Cut! as it's been a favorite in my own library for quite a while, a caution is that it's publication date is 1992. Not for you, of course, just that some of your younger fans might be disappointed that it doesn't cover more current films. Otherwise it's a fun read.

My take, when I saw the movie, was that the bad guys in “Doctor Sleep” are, indeed, psi vampires - they feed of the energies of people who are “gifted”, people who “shine”. Used a lot of “ these “ writing this. Think I way have broken my record.
