Your'e so close, but not quite to where I am! If you ever find yourself back up in Canada you should totally cruise the Okanagan. I am Kamloops which isn't really there, but the grasslands are epic as well. It's worth a trip! We have an old friend who has a Sprinter now and travels the west coast quite a bit, and Salt Spring Island!

Enjoying your daily blogs. Love your video style. Love your doggie. Love my Tevas too. I believe it's pronounced TEH-VAH, with a soft "e." Teva is the Hebrew word for nature.

what type of heater do you all have? We have the Snugger and we would get an error message allllllllll the time when we first installed it. Now we don't get it at all. We use to run it super high because, people claimed that is how it lasted longer and didn't get all sooted up, which would require maintenance ... but we stopped doing that and it really hasn't had the error messages

We have an Espar D2. Found out that it wasn't broken, we just had to fill our gas tank. Guess the heater doesnt work if your tank is less than 1/4 full

Ha! Don't you just love it when the potentially big unknown and potentially expensive issue turns out to be a non-issue? Glad to hear it was a simple solution.

I don't know why, but my favorite is when Lexi talks while in the van. 😎

Funny you say that because we've actually talked about making that shot our "signature shot" so we are trying to find a way to put a mount for the camera on the dash. We have always just set it on a sweatshirt or something and it always looks inconsistent.

Dynamo Ultima looks good to me 😊 and you definitely should make it your signature shot!

I know dozens of Americans here on the island and you 2 are the only ones going home to do their Taxes lol. Zero has that snake hunter in him thats why he's barking, bring him to a tall grass area near the water and you'll see him wag his tail with joy.

Are you gonna be asking for $15K like the other millennial van couples are these days?
@lena.g59506 жыл бұрын
Hugh Mangus dont be that rude. the other couples vans are totally broken. the whole engine. i bet nearly no one is able to afford a new engine whenever they want to. thats why they are selling shirts and collecting money. this is what the vanlife community is all about: helping each other and find new friends.

lena.g. Just... wow. It’s a legitimate question. It’s known as e-begging.

Michelle Eaton i know it is, but it sounded a bit rude :/

lena.g Regarding the whole “helping each other” comment... you are being idealistic but unwise. “Helpful” would be asking for a tip or borrowing a wrench - not expecting people to give you $15,000 because you drive a luxury vehicle you can’t afford to maintain or repair, ignore the check engine light, have no travel insurance, and drive thousands of miles into a foreign country. It is beyond ridiculous. The channel Eamon and Bec is the one with the MBZ Sprinter van that allegedly needed a new engine. Their friends the Minimal Millennials were trying to help them raise money. I thinks it’s all a scam. A mere six weeks ago the Minimal Millennials e-begged for $5,000 after saying their camera equipment got stolen. Again, no insurance?! Left the equipment in a rental van in an area known for car break-ins? It’s ridiculous. A lot of naive, good-hearted people are giving money to con artists. Then when deserving vanlifers legitimately need help, nobody will be willing or able to assist. That is another reason why I believe in speaking out strongly against any dishonesty, fraud, and misleading situations.

Michelle Eaton well if you are so annoyed by the whole vanlife community then why are you here watching those vids? i think thats the risk in this lifestyle, to just accept challenges. and if something goes wrong and other people want to help, why not? its their money and if they want to donate, why shouldnt they? but i have to say thank you for discussing and giving mature and wellthought arguments, sadly those are really rare on youtube!
