Institute is the best choice. And if you have the Mod that makes the Synth Grenades more effective you can have some great 3 front war between Children of Atom,. BoS and the Institute. Man that was great. That was such a random moment I saved and played that part 4 times in a row.

milksheikh or there not actually cut off from the rest of the world it just doesn’t deal with that cause of limitations of technology, money and how lazy Bethesda is. For instance the games graphics and stability can be attributed to its decade old engine which seems to have reached its limit in the mid 2010’s. Another example of this is payday 2 which engine originates from the late ‘90s but the studio neither has the money, manpower or even competence to make the transition to a more recent one but at least that games is programmed in LUA instead of whatever the fuck purpyrus or whatever it’s called is, apart from a decorative font (bit of a rant but what can I say I’m passionate)

Through context of other conversations, it can be inferred that Cait traveled to America when she says "across the pond" a phrase typically said when used to refer to traveling across the ocean. I believe the two brothers mention something similar, but cant remember for sure. Either way, boats and aircrafts are in quite a few fallout games, though uncommon, it isnt out of the realm of possability to have had characters travel to the USA from other countries.

Heck, I'd say it's the second best DLC in the whole franchise, just below lonesome road. It's not just a new map, it's got the feel of a different planet. The new hazards, including the island itself, pose new challenges and new opportunities for everyone that plays it.

Just wanted to take a minute Oxhorn and write that you are my favorite youtuber. You have made videos on so many topics and things in the games I play, I love listening to them when I don't get to play the game myself. At work, home, in the shower, while I clean, etc. You are so thorough and detailed that I don't even physically have to be looking at the video to enjoy it. Your voice is comforting and helps me to sleep at night, and you have so many videos that they never seem to get old. There are long ones, short ones, for every waiting period I go through. Navigation satellites have expiration date, you know. They last for about 11-12 years and have to be replaced. They also relay on ground control stations and I doubt any of them is still transmitting... So, after 200+ years there will be no satellite navigation.

Fallout also has orbital lasers that can completely obliterate a decent sized town. Not to mention the terminals that are sill in working order sitting on desks in blown out houses, exposed to the elements for some 200+ years. Still functioning satellites are the least of the black-magic-fuckery going on in that game.

76 isn't their future, it started as a fun experiment. ES 6 and Starfield are both single player games. This dlc shows they learnt from the main game. If not Starfield then ES 6 will be a great single player experience

The Nakano parents have the same dichotomy as my parents. My mother is overprotective/religious/gun-shy, but my father wanted me to take good risks, have fun in life and learn by doing (he passed a few years ago). I'm 30 and my mother doesn't like it when I take risks, such as dating instead of accepting arranged marriage, or starting a side hustle instead of 100% focusing on a corporate career. Fallout is more than just a game - the stories are true reflections on the human condition, and it's helped me be more thoughtful/inquisitive in daily life.

I beat the game and never got far harbor or nukaworld and didn't want to reinstall just for that but always wanted to do far harbor. Thanks so much for the excellent presentation of the content. Love the work you do and the detail you put into your videos. You do Fallout justice.

from the moment she spoke about her dreams, I immediately thought of the institute! She has no memories of herself as a kid, her father thinks it's unsafe for her to go to Diamond City!

She seems to want other people to interact with. This is common in teenagers, I'm 20 now and imagine being in her shoes Lonely Teen No friends Only Family to interact with Family prevents you from interacting with anyone, etc I'm not trying to be rude, even to a fictional Family, but it's like what would you expect her to do in a situation where you are basically cut off from the world? Nothing? They should have limited her being in a social environment, 10mins inside diamond city for groceries, talk to friendly people, if they cause trouble get the guards, don't fall for anything strangers say to you
