@@kitkatkruncher22 Well, since Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76 all have Gold Bars/Bullion in them, i'd assume caps are backed by gold in the same way that pre-war money and (presumably) NCR Dollars/Legion Denarius'/Sierra Madre chips/Mine scripts and all the other random scripts/tokens are backed by their game-set value of gold.

Because Bethesda does not understand fallout the reason why fallout 1 used bottlecaps was due to the fact that the water merchants used it and it makes sense in fo2 most of the currency was replaced by money but then the brotherhood raid that destroyed the ncr gold reserves made them go back to bottlecaps and the east coast makes no sense to have bottlecaps as currency there is literally no reason for them to use bottlecaps

For whatever reason I decided to do the Brotherhood questline first, the stuff I received was mostly stuff I could use at the time and didn't realize the power armor was level 50 until I put it down. I had to take the armor off the frame because I was under level 30 trying to pick up level 50 power armor...

It´s a Song about a Scarcely-Known Conflict called the ¨Coal Wars¨, a Series of Conflicts between Union Miners (Notably those of the IWW and UMWA) and Several Mining Companies, notably the Mining Operation at Blair Mountain ran by J.H. Blair, who was mentioned in the Song. (They Say in Harlan County, There Are No Neutral There/You´ll either be a Union Man or a Thug for J.H. So you missed the unique plasma rifle, “slug buster”. Ra Ra opens the door after the atrium to this side room and it’s on the table. It’s anti-armor with vats crits +50 dmg and 90% reduced weight. Could’ve turned into a pistol for your gunslinger character.

I'm sure you already know this, but actually you can get a total of amendment of 600 and a maximum amount of think 900 because they added where you can go to the one location that is a tunnel underground. It's a train tunnel and the people there. If you help them by getting escorting people from location to location, you get-go bowling and if you kill the scorch Beast, you get gold bullion and the sheep squash, you can get gold bullion. I think there's another place which adds up to grand total of 900 gold billion.But I don't remember it

get the ss armor chest and the jetpack. best item in the game. i pretty much became a jetpack build after getting it. flying around without big clunky power armor is so much fun. i got a bunch of agility and ap refresh armor pieces. i don't really spam anything, but i can fly all over the place. "event jetpack" is my favorite glitch/feature. i had a friend with a mt seneca camp that had those snap traps that throw you. we could fly to anywhere on the map from there. we flew into scroched earth once it was epic.

I've only done it with the raiders. When Meg pulled me aside and the others went on, I was really anxious to go help out, and eventually, I turned out I had to because they were nearly useless against the security XD In the middle of our conversation I kept getting hit by lasers and couldn't understand why I didn't hear anything else firing. I mean, we only bring Gail on as offensive power but you'd think she'd be SOMEWHAT of a fight to the turrets and robots, right? She has a minigun. I recently got an explosive LMG with 30% to robots. Kind of wish I had it for this raid though I'm not sure if it'd be more effective than my 50% armor-piercing one. Interesting they claim Ra-Ra's too short to be scanned in the booth when Gail sits down, making her shorter than Ra-Ra standing up... Why would the agents die to robot security if they had the proper clearance? I can't really see many other options than suicide, but some of the bodies don't even have blood on them or nearby and only a few have guns, all of them holstered, in my experience. Who's Pita's dad? Because she NOT 26... I find it strange that nobody would notice anything between Mercy and any of the male agents, unless she was ... being generous about things. I'm thinking it's Slick since he's so slick, but on the other hand, maybe it's just convenient that all the other agents died... Woe is you, man. You missed out on a unique plasma rifle in one of the rooms Ra-Ra would've unlocked if you'd been nice. I really enjoy this attention to detail Bethesda did with her. If you have stealth perks equipped, those should count when you're in PA, but you're still in a PA, so I'd presume any sound you make would be amplified to the enemy. Strangely, only the sounds the player makes seem to register with enemies, as friendly NPCs seem to be able to just waltz on by. If you rely on equipped legendary armor pieces for stealth, those are unequipped while in PA, so that might have been the issue. I dunno what you use, so I can't say. It's kind of stupid to have the rediation ventilation system terminal in a place that's not safe from the ventilation system, though I started getting a little nervous at that point too. I did this last, though, as I'm kind of the jealous type and wanted to hoard as much exp as I could. The turrets don't need it. Because they died when I activated them. Plus I got at least one legendary out of it, and when I died, I spawned right by the stairs where Chase stood. Or right by the other agents, I don't recall. At least I didn't have to traverse the entire thing over, lik when I died to that sentrybot... Dang, great minds think alike, indeed, Jen. This was one poor-ass America right before the bombs fell! Johnny died in my raider run, and even though I could've saved him from the turrets and at the end, I never liked him. Seemed shady from the start, so I don't mind that he dead. I'll save him on the other runs though, just because I can extort him for all eternity after, though that's not much compared to getting his share of the cut entirely. Not gonna give him any undeserved extra cut either. Here's something: out and about, you find so many actual gold bars that only turn into gold scrap when picked up. But they're gold bars, so I don't see why you shouldn't logically be able either make bullions from them by yourself or for them to count towards you total on-person bullion count. I mean, i know why Bethesda won't let it happen, but again, logically, all things considered, it should've been possible. It could also reflect that the player doesn't want Meg to know Johnny was a scumbag if he betrayed us near the end. I'm sorry but I despice the way Meg talks. I know there's an actual person behind the voice and I don't mean any ill on them. It's just all those little sounds that come with certain letters or words and the way she sounds so pretentious even though she may be the most respectable raider leader in Fallout history. It just irks me and I actually whince every time she talks. At least she's not worse than Rose... Agent: "Maggie's such a pain in the ass, but we just call her 'Pita' for short." Me in my run: *stops, blinks twice to process comment, proceeds to laugh for 30 secpnds straight* Where'd she shoot the wastelanders, anyway, that little twerp? Don't really know when Smiley came into the picture as of the recording of this video, but on the top floor of the Wayward, he can sell you a max of 600 bullions a week for 6000 caps. If you're like me - doing 3 faction dailies a day to earn rep with both raiders and and settlers, plus at least 1 event and a daily op, that could net you at least 150-200 bullions a day if you turn in the things to a bullion kiosk.

The endings are incredibly 2-D. It's always like there's a right way to do things and never a morally ambiguous way to do things. Giving more gold to Foundation doesn't incite any raider responses, and everyone learns the lesson of not wanting to prejudice ghouls. It's just... whenever I hear there's going to be a fallout game dealing with gold bullions I'm reminded of the Sierra Madre. Things were just better written. Still, these quests were pretty fun. A lot of it was shooting galleries filled with robots, but it was still pretty refreshing to fight in.

@@itherius389 That's not an excuse. If you want to slap the Fallout brand onto the game, it's got to meet expectations regarding quality. Otherwise, they're risking support of future games (something that, if they're smart, they won't push any further than has already been done) Not to mention, it's not even that difficult to write a good story. OP had a good point about stuff being 2D. Like, we HEARD Meg talking about creating a currency just so raiders can control the new world & everyone just kinda shrugs that off. You can renege on the deal & there are no consequences except they get kinda mad at you This kinda ties in to why people dislike MMO's anymore. Cause most everyone is baited into these scenarios where choices have no consequence on the state of the world

Only if Fallout has the same changes made to the constitution, as we have. What's more in 2076, Marshal law was declared, so even if the Enclave was legit, they most likely wouldn't have any jurisdiction. As Marshal law would leave it to the commander in charge.

I finally got around to doing this heist. It was hard because everything was synced to my level. But I finally worked my way through. I chose the settlers in foundation. Never thought seriously about the raiders. I mean you had to expect betrayal from them.
