The Vegan Diet Is A Fasting Mimicking Diet Not A Long Term Diet!
The number of people jumping on the vegan diet bandwagon it huge amounts of people every single day but the nature of the reality is that literally around 70% of vegans go back to eating meat and other animal foods.
But why is this happening? It is literally because the vegan diet is a fasting-mimicking diet that should only be done short term for detox reasons or as an elimination diet but not long term because of a few different reasons.
I go into full detail as to the reasons why the vegan diet is a fasting-mimicking diet, why you should not eat this way long term, why people end up having their health deteriorate massively on a vegan diet long term and why you should treat this diet like water fasting which is a no-calorie intake elimination diet.
I also talk about that so many people say that once they went vegan all of there health issues and symptoms went away and that they attribute it to the vegan diet but this is a complete misunderstanding of attributing the vegan diet to healing them fully as you will find out about fully in this video in great length.

It’s funny cause vegans will say “I used to eat a lot of meat” when in reality they ate burgers, plant oils, and processed foods but put blame on the meat

I don't know you, brother, but I remember you being a raw vegan with long, hippie-like hair, bad teeth and malnourished body high on a spiritual trip and thinking to myself, "Gosh, I really hope he gets a wake up call, sooner or later". And, you did :). I didn't get mines until I had eggs and suddenly my morning woods came back, sex drive boosted, depression faded, memory returned and I just felt calm and happy, but yet as a former vegan I felt guilty for feeling so good, and I think that's part of what makes the transition to difficult. Honestly, it's weird seeing videos of you talking about meat because with how deep you were into it, I didn't think you'd ever come out of it, but you did. Seriously, I'm happy you are grounded and connected to your body again, like myself, and that now you can be more connected spiritually. It starts from the ground up.

I love it when people like yourself who have not seen me for years find me again especially after I got off that vegan bandwagon and got to a true state of health and vitality. I am so glad you woke up to the reality that the vegan diet was no longer serving you and that have managed to reintroduce animal foods to regain your health and so you can feel and function to your best. I use to feel bad about eating animals at first but over time it passed because what I learned is we are designed to eat meat, we need meat to thrive, we also need pasture-raised cows to improve our environment and the soil and many other things such as learning that plant-based foods are actually destroying the soil and our environment due to mono-crops, etc. If you want to learn about all of what I just mentioned in the last sentence watch this video on a book review of Sacred Cow that I did: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gWaVYqaCn6tooNU

In my humble opinion, seasonal is the most optimal and logical. Sometimes you’re fruitarian, sometimes vegan, sometimes omnivorous, sometimes carnivore. What’s fresh growing around you year round? Sometimes you have to hunt, but makes no sense to hunt when fresh fruit is growing everywhere.

Oh for sure without a doubt but the issue is due to our food system in todays world its pretty much impossible to eat a 100% in season and locally grown food diet only but of course we can do our best with this! Then theres the whole thing of hybridised foods haha.

Well, your content has improved a lot. Through all of your crazy diet experiments and study, you have actually gained some knowledge about diet and Physiology. I used to be quite critical of you and thought you were nuts (as a Vegan), but you have improved much since going back to meat and animal products. Must be the superior nutrients, lol. Good for the brain. Bravo Danny. This is the kind of interesting content that you need to do. I agree, it's a fasting mimicking diet, or very much like one. And those do have some benefits, sure. It does some interesting things to the body, but it's only meant to be short term, just like a fast is. The max. is 3 days, till your body starts cannibalizing itself for nutrients on an outright fast. Vegan diet, much longer, same as fasting mimicking can be maintained longer and all three have interesting Physiological effects "in the short term", your immune cells flush out and are replaced by new and better ones (which has proven useful in Chemo and Cancer), but eventually, long term, yeah, it's not good. It's not meant to be long term and the percentage of Vegan failure, is higher than that in some studies, but it's generally in that range yeah, 70-85%.

Religions around the world have fasting periods which are carried out for both spiritual and health reasons. Here come the Adventists who started promoting a 24/7 vegetarian/vegan diet and infiltrated various institutions and organizations with their malnourished Adventists and the next thing you know, vegans and their awful propaganda start popping out everywhere. This is how a meatless, fasting diet was highjacked by the Adventists and propagated to the rank of 'lifestyle' and 'acceptable for all stages of life diet'. Long-term veganism is inherently deficient and runs counter to what is encoded in our genes and is very detrimental for ALL stages of life.

OH yeh for sure and even look at the Nazi's when Hitler was about they said that jews where impure due to eating meat and you can look way back in history that many religious movements have demonised meat saying again it makes you impure, it causes you to feel less empathy and a lack of love and all this other dogmatic bullshit its insane. I think this has happened so much throughout history to take control of people but also to make people infertile and cause seperation between people.

I've always been a meat eater, but recently, after too much junk food, I have gone pretty much carnivore. I find I'm sleeping better and my tinnitus seems to have gone. Must have eliminated whatever it was that was causing these issues. Even if veganism was actually healthy I'd never consider it, always hated the taste of most vegetables and I'm indifferent towards fruit.

Re allergies, I get inflammatory & mucosal symptoms to so many plant foods, & had no idea until ditching most of them. Who knows what they were doing to my gut. I'm getting a feel for what things & how much I can get away with, as 'sometimes' foods.
@Leepal1969
@Leepal1969 4 жыл бұрын
@@nicpic1985 I didn't really have those other symptoms, my doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my ears either so I thought I was stuck with tinnitus forever. Hopefully whatever was causing it stays away, I wonder if it was too much salt? Some people with tinnitus say salt seems to aggravate the problem.
@andreanicholson5939
@andreanicholson5939 4 жыл бұрын
Tinnitus is also caused by tense muscles especially in the jaw area and upper part of the SCM muscles. A chronic lack of sufficient, quality ANIMAL protein can weaken muscles and make them hypertonic/too tight/too short which can 'pull' on the neighbouring areas such as the lower part of the ears, causing tinnitus. Regularly eating animal meats, especially red meat, can restore muscle composition and make them fully functional. The health of your muscles can definitely alleviate tinnitus, TMJ and other local or more widespread muscle conditions.
@helenahandkart1857
@helenahandkart1857 4 жыл бұрын
Very clearly explained, Dan. I think the initial elimination benefit occurs for many vegetarians who go vegan as well. Some of them develop food intolerances from being over reliant on just a few sources for protein. So, if they've become over exposed to eggs &/or dairy, their symptoms resolve, only to often resurface later as intolerances develop to a new set of over-relied upon foods. Some people end up in a real corner that is hard to get out of!
@ConsciousCalisthenics
@ConsciousCalisthenics 4 жыл бұрын
Yeh its possible that eating one food consistently in high amounts over a long period of time for sure either give someone an intolerance, allergy, some ill effects or just the body saying no I do not want or need this anymore. As always it comes back to just listening to the body and not being dogmatic with our dietary choices, this will then result in switching up things in our diet that is no longer serving us without attaching to them.

Wow? This is not accurate information. I’m not sure what you were eating and how you were eating, but this just sounds like someone who is not eating a balanced vegan 🌱 diet and not taking a few key supplements. I haven’t found it hard at all and don’t feel depleted. I am also not dogmatic because everyone can eat how they like. But you claiming that a vegan diet is unsustainable is clearly just not true.

Why has science proven around 70% of vegans go back to eating meat? Why is there so many long terms vegans in an abundance getting their health destroyed on a vegan diet due to it being malnourishing? Why if it's such an optimal diet for humans do so many people "fail"? Why has there never been one vegan civilization? Just because your health has not been messed up on the vegan diet YET and that you feel good now it does not mean its a sustainable diet at all. Also If a diet need supplements for it to work then its not an optimal diet for a human being at all.
