I just finished this book and I still don't know how I feel about it. It was compelling and I couldn't stop reading, but also I felt really uncomfortable due to the struggles that Yeong-hye was going through.

I couldnt get through it after the dog torturing. It was just a very visceral reaction. I wasnt aware this was in the book or i wouldnt have picked it up.
