Nooo! when a music is remastered it no longer sounds the same. The force of the sound and the instruments are lost, it sounds like it is in a box. I think the hertz drops. Listen to the original Don't Cry by Guns N' Roses and compare the sound to the original 2022 remastered version. You'll hear the difference.

Will those feet in modern times Walk on soles that are made in China? Through the bright prosaic malls And the corridors that go on and on and on Are we blind ? Can we see? We are one, incomplete Are we blind ? In the city Waiting for lightning to be saved, yeah 'Cause love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I?m singing again Love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm singing Again, again, again, again, again Will those feet in modern times Understand this world's affliction? Recognize the righteous anger? Understand this world's addiction? I was blind, couldn't see What was here in me I was blind - insecure Felt like the road was way too long, yeah 'Cause love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm singing again Love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm singing again Love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm feeling again Love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm singing Again, again, again, again, again, again, again 'Cause love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that you're feeling again Love is noise, love is pain Love is these blues that I'm singing Again, again, again, again, again, again, again All those feet in modern times Walk on soles made in China Will those feet in modern times See the bright prosaic malls Will those feet in modern times Recognize the heavy burden Will those feet in modern times Pardon me for my sins? +Opetti Argh, tell me that this pain will go away, your comment was 9 months ago, but i broke up 3 weeks ago... Luckily i'm from Spain so understanding the lyrics is difficult for me. Anyway, whatever, listen to "Desire Lines" from "Deerhunter", one of the best songs ever made, and have a nice day, i'll try my best to have it also
@Opetti9 жыл бұрын
+Alejandro Aroca García I'm really sorry to hear that your relationship ended. If I say that the pain will go away, I'm sure you wouldn't believe me. But you will come to realise that by your own. I thought I could never function as a normal human being again, but here I am writing to you. In my experience, the worst thing you can do is to try to avoid the pain. So feel the pain. You'll probably think that you'd rather die than feel the whole spectrum of emotions related to breaking up, but in the end it will help you move on.
@jalitoFERRARI19 жыл бұрын
+Opetti I can't believe you really answered me. You just took some of your free time to make sure that i had an answer, something to do, something to think about, even though you don't even know me... This is incredible, admirable, wonderful... You must be one of those people that the world should be full of... Let me tell you something, today, after writing the comment, i had to go to some place and i had to use the subway, i was travelling through a corridor until i reached some stairs, i always use the normal stairs, not the mechanic ones (Because i don't think that i need to use them yet, there will be a time to do it) and after climbing all the steps i saw a mother, who was with his daughter in a baby stroller. She was struggling to handle the Stroller because she had to climb down the stairs that i just climbed up. And i was the only fucking person there that helped her! People feel ashamed of helping others! It's terrible... But that woman told me the most sincere "Thank you" that i ever heard, and it made me feel proud and helpful, of what i just had done, helping someone. It made me realise that the effort of taking the stroller down the stairs had been worth it... Because maybe my ex doesn't love me anymore, but what the hell, that doesn't mean i'm useless, isn't it? I can still make people feel good... Even just by doing little things That's why i want to thank you what you've done, because you totally deserve it, you tried to help me, in fact, YOU HELPED ME A LOT, you wrote me when i thought that you wouldn't and when i needed it the most. It may sound stupid but... Hey, read this carefully, I LOVE CARS, really, i love them, they are the only thing that i know that will stay with me for the rest of my life, i learnt to read by playing a racing videogame when i was like 3 years old! But why do i tell you this stupid boring thing? Well, i have a list Yup, my "If I Were a Rich Man" list. And what is it about? It is simple, It is a list where i write names of important people of my life, people that really helped me back in the day, and then i write a car that i would give them as a present if i was a rich person. Yeah, it is stupid! But i don't care! If someday, if anyday in my life i become a rich person, i want my friends, i want the people who ever helped me to be rewarded, because i want to, because i think they deserve it! And you totally deserve it, Opetti. I want you to be part of that list, every single person like you in this planet deserves it Keep in mind that the probability of me being rich in the future is... Well... Quite small huh? But dreaming is free and all we have left in the end... But even being in the list feels good, isn't it? I'll have to feel the pain, i'll have to learn because of such a bad experience, but if i feel that i'm part of a world where people like you exists and makes its everyday life, i'll be proud to say that i totally want to live here and enjoy until my last breath. Hey, look at this: flic.kr/p/Bfeuup Welcome to my list Well, i don't want to make you waste more time on a strange person like me, keep living your life, enjoy it, keep being such a great person just by making little things like this and... who knows, maybe, someday, if i'm a rich person, you'll find a new car in front of your house, waiting for you, as a reward for who you are and who you have been. Oh, and do me a favor, if someday you need ANYTHING, really, ANYTHING, i'll help you. If you feel desperate, alone, happy, bored, ANYTHING, i'll be here to help you, i'll be here to treat you in the same way you have treated me in one of the most important moments of my life. Just send me a message or something, i'll give you my Facebook or Whatsapp, or whatever you need, but i'll be here. By the way, you can call me Billy, Alex Billy, that's how i like my friends to call me Have a nice day Sayonara!

+Opetti I just read your comments and I can completely relate!//my relationship of nearly 5 years ended a few months ago...it has been the most heart breaking horrific time for me but I guess you already know that! as a man going through a breakup I can honestly say I've never felt a pain quite like it! you feel like you lost your soul and you kinda die inside...can't function, can't think of anything but her and the mistakes you made, things you should have and shouldnt have done and said....regret! truly harrowing... but it is is getting a little easier as the weeks go by...I'm concentrating on various projects and thinking about the future...at meat trying to...but I don't think the wound will ever completely heal! I'm glad you came through it and you sound much better for it!

Thank the god's for Richard Ashcroft. A truly authentic, passionate, rousing musician and conveyer of Universal truth. The man has been a blazing light in music since early work with The Verve on Northern Soul...."History" especially hit me and lead to my admiration that's endured throughout his remarkable career. After Urban Hymns and the big breakthrough with the album and notoriety/controversy of "Bittersweet symphony" though it went a bit quiet with The Verve's "Forth"....back with more innovative brilliance solo not long after "A song for the lovers". I love how fearless he is; he'll take on any genre (Out of my body) and is always exciting. One never knows what to expect from a man who can convey the pathos and pain of a record like "History" with pitch perfect lyrics intensely melancolic and so achingly beautiful with his extraordinary vocal gift .....Then vacillate toward an optimism later in his career such as in "Surprised by the joy".....The man is the rarest of things: Utterly authentic and one of a minute group of artists who speak/sing with universal truth and whom harness music to articulate messages that matter. He's a force of passion, fighter for social justice and truth whom at 50 years young, seems to be even more full of energy, fury at corruption, looking untouched by age and wow; that voice....It seems only to become more incredible. No matter how familiar I am with any song sung by Ashcroft, If a record of his plays, It evokes real feeling. I can't ever just listen; his music forces me to "feel". Music's aesthetic equivalent of the late, great Wilde's eponymous protagonist "Dorian Gray" fortunately has integrity and ethical greatness that was acutely absent in his fictitious physical equivalent.......... The finest lyricist of his (and my) generation and among the finest vocaliets across the entire spectrum of music and any/all generations. There are maybe two artists I can think of historically that are arguably as gifted vocally......And they are not alive for a long time. Obviously music is entirely subjective and there is no right or wrong way to interpret anything. Nor any definitive way to denote whom is "the best" at any musical matter.. I recognise this is just my view of a musical great. Others of course will disagree; as they should! A world where we all like the same stuff and think the same way is not a world I want to be part of. However, my (utterly irrelevant, personal) opinion is that Ashcroft is a visionary, an artist motivated by passion and truth who uses the medium of music to explore themes that are prerequisite parts of life for all; and does so with a sublime gift for writing lyrics that astound; performed with a voice breathtakingly brilliant; always giving his all; full of heart and not afraid to show us his soul. A truly great gift to music who has enough passion, vigour and dedication to leave me sure that he will be blowing my mind and breaking my heart with his sublime work for decades to come. Unstoppable. Love to all persons; peace folks.💙👌.
