Rafa was the biggest rival for both Federer and Novak, neither of them could beat him on Roland Garros final. In a way Rafa completely marched his own solid path into the legendary King status. Hard n grass courts both not his fav. But He did beat prime Fed at wimbledon Final 08 n again defeat prime Fed at AO Final 09. Nadal oso defeat prime Djokovic at US Open 10 & 13. Says a lot about King of Clay achievements outside clay. Forget to mentioned, Nadal got 2 olympics medal on Hard Court. In single he beat Djokovic in semi to go to Final and they play best of 5 in final olympic previously.

Damn, these highlights are a testament to how good Rafa was on grass... for which he doesn't get enough credit! Even apart from that brilliant trilogy of finals against prime Federer, culminating in his first title at Wimbledon in 2008, and also the title run in 2010, these highlights belong to a player who, on this surface alone, deserves legendary status! All the way till the last match he played against Fritz in 2022 with an injury, he brought the fight and won like a true gladiator! ♥

Rafa's legacy on clay is unrivalled for the ages, but his records on hard court and grass are never shy of amazing. Roger and Novak clearly have more untouchable hard court and grass records, but Rafa's gradual mastery of Wimbledon grass throughout his early career is scary. Not many people remember or know that Rafa reached 5 consecutive finals from 2006 to 2011 (did not compete in 2009).
