@@BackpackingBananas You have good content and we love seeing you in a down-to-earth manner, which translates to three words: MORE SUBS TO COME! I could still remember those days as a kid when we went to Apo Island way back 2002 right after a US Navy Chinook helicopter crashed near the island. Aircraft carriers and warships were buzzing around trying to retrieve the debris. There were no structures built yet on the island at that time. It has been said that the island just popped out of nowhere some two centuries ago. If you notice the rocks there, they all look sedimentary with lots of holes. Evidence that it originated below the waves. I haven't gone there for about 17 years. 😊

I visited siquijor before (2012) ,no buildings,fence whatsover just the Balite tree and the water with fish .it changed so much now and i also had a great stay at coco groove. The underwater is so amazing

That area is where my ancestors are from. Dumaguete and Tañon strait. Our summer vacation go to. We would burn our skin the whole summer for swimming daily. Our house was practically 20 meters from the shore. LOL 70s 80s 90s lots of fun.
