@Random Moura 1) Because everyone can own a car and 2) even if he had no car that would still not allow anyone to drive on the sidewalk or 3) allow anyone to demand not being reminded to not drive on the sidewalk. I don't think anyone of these drivers really thought he had no car. They accuse him for all kind of things that are obviously nonsense. And having no car is only one example. He has no car, he is a punk, he is stoned, drunk, StopXam is banned, he is payed be the government, he has no job... The disk space in my brain is too small to save all the crap that was thrown at him in all these episodes. He doesn't need to prove anything to anyone. Sign is there, car has to stay away.

I agree otherwise, though, that I don't think it was even intention to roast anyone saying they don't have a car. :) It used to be a luxury back in 90s, but not anymore.

@@Lowezar Well I guess even in russia you can own a car anytime you want. Not a pretty car but still a car! Actually I know a lot of people that do not have cars but not because they couldn't afford one. They could have one but they feel it is unneccessary and too much of a hassle in the city. In my family we share a car between four people and drive about 10 - 15 Megameters per year total. People shouldn't be so concerned about cars. They are neither good nor evil, just a tool you might or might not need. Only pathetic people think that a car is an achievement.

Yes. There was a motion to ban them as far as I know, but it was not successful. So, technically they were never banned at all. "You were banned" is just a sad excuse for people who know exactly they are wrong. Just like all the other bullshit-bingo reactions: "Get a job", "You are not allowed to Film me", "Put the Camera away", "Don't ouch my property" etc. People get caught doing illegal shit and they know it, and will do everything to divert the attention away from them.

I find it silly that you have regular police and traffic police... why not merge the two into one police force and allow all police officers to issue tickets to drivers, or use more police officers for more serious issues when required? That way you don't need to wait for a specific police officer, the one that shows up can write the person a ticket. Seems silly.
