This is not the first time, and I'm certainly happy for you guys -- when a commanding officer arrives, is always calm, collected, helpful, straight to the point and resolves everything fast. At least the higher ranking officers are always good. Most times the regular officers are great guys too, but it's almost 50-50, having watched all your videos. In this separate episode, the act of first two police officers felt corrupt. Almost as if they knew the driver.

Great analysis Kirill, and the detachment chief is correct in saying the onus is on the driver not to injure people with his car movement, the car was used as a weapon to knock the person with the sticker, which the driver knew he deserved before you even spoke. The chief is correct in saying the injury was intentional, due the car being used without due care or as a weapon. This weapon aspect is ignored mostly which is Very Wrong. Send the video to the court.

​@Film him!! he was already on the sidewalk. He has to be extremely careful at manouvering his car. In this case he turned the wheel fully to the left and that's why he ran over the guy putting the sticker on. If he would've reversed straight, this wouldn't have happened (Or better yet, if he would've just said "ok i'm sorry, i'll reverse back). This kind of shit simply doesn't happen here in finland, or at least where i live, because 99% of people obey the law when driving a vehicle on the road.
