They kind of glossed over the bit where apparently they (Phil & the girls) tried to tell Martin Rushent how to do his job and that's why he stopped producing them. I think they would have gone on to do even better stuff had that not happened. A real shame.

The albums got progressively worse but there will still some good tracks. The Lebanon and I'm sure there's some on the Jam and Lewis album. I'll have to go through the back catalogue. Tell me when was a godo one. In 1999 they probably didn't realise how massive the revival industry was going to become. They look so well in this documentary.

tomstickland I disagree I think octopus is every bit as good as dare, I agree on the other albums to a point I think hysteria is good it’s like a quieter version of dare almost like Saturday night and Sunday afternoon but crash had its moments, and I think had live is all that matters been released as the 2nd single they’d have had a 2nd top 20 hit off the album
