Agent Orange, also known as "Yellow Rain," is a highly toxic chemical used by the United States during the Vietnam War.
The devastating effects of Agent Orange still persist in the offspring of Vietnamese people who have been disabled since birth. These children not only suffer from physical disabilities but also come from impoverished families.
In an effort to atone for past actions, a group of veterans joined together to establish a centre to care for children affected by these chemical weapons.

Amazing how the United States government and Monsanto don't feel any culpability in causing all this generational misery. Amazing how well they sleep at night.

Dude this video was even tougher to watch than part 1. As a Vietnamese American I'm disappointed with how the US handled the aftermath of agent Orange. They/we need to do more to help everyone, Vietnamese and Americans affected by agent Orange

Truly eye-opening video. It just goes to show how much we take our basic functionalities for granted. Good, insightful, video overall.

U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. «Requirements for Agent Orange presumptive diseases. We consider a condition presumptive when it’s established by law or regulation. If you’ve been diagnosed with one of these conditions, you don’t need to prove that it started during-or got worse because of-your military service.» Uncle Sam is so Great!

Why did you completely replace the doctors words with random subtitles? If she was talking about facts irrelevant to agent orange then just don’t use the interview in the documentary. Falsifying materials like this is just wrong. (3:15)
