Sorry for my late reply. Lots going on in these strange days. Thanks for listening Mike. I enjoyed making it. Perhaps I'll do another when I get some time.

I truly enjoyed your story and very good narration. I listened to the entire story. I was engulfed in the saga unfolding. I listened to the first 6 videos and was searching frantically for #7. I thought maybe I missed something as I was supposed to already know the ending. Thankfully after my search I found the ending. Very good job sir!! I am now 61 years old and trying to learn something about striped fishing to pass on to my grandson. Thanks for all of your very informative videos. I take my grandson fishing all of the time. Mostly fresh water which is what I’ve mostly done all of my life off and on but now wanting to learn to catch stripers and other types of salt water fish. My grandson loves to fish and also loves the beach. I just naturally want to help him combine both. May God Bless you sir. Best wishes. Jeff S.

Hi jas. Thanks for the sub and for taking the time to listen to the entire audio story. I'm actually story boarding a second part to this and hopefully will turn the whole thing into a full length novel (The Chronicles Of Terrance Little Feather). I just need the time (don't we all lol). Be well.

Hi Marc. Thank you for listening. I hope to have another soon. Unfortunately, was out of commission again for a while, so for now I'm just trying to get caught up on responding to everyone and trying to finish up on some new content and other stuff. Thanks for hanging in there with me and I'll get this thing going again.

Rich I just discovered your channel and started listening to this audio story a few days ago. It was so engaging that I couldn’t stop listening. You really have a great talent for writing and storytelling. I hope you will be able to publish more in the future. If the novel has been published please post a link to where we can find it. Thanks for all you do. Your instructional videos are helping to make me a better fisherman and this story helped make me a better person.

Well thank you Ken! I appreciate the kind words. I haven't finished the novel version yet, but hope to one day lol. Thank you for listening and for subscribing.

@@richtroxlerI’m sure you could publish the short story version of this in Surfcasters Journal or The Fisherman just as it is. They might have to edit a couple of cuss words words, but that’s the kind of stuff that sells magazines. Don’t give up on it!

LOL Hi Ken. The original version of this story was published in Surfcasters Journal very early on (Issue 7 May 2011). It can be found in the archives. Roger Martin wrote a very nice introduction to it.

@@richtroxlerJust curious if you get stripers in Virginia Beach in the winter. I’m looking to go somewhere in January to extend the season
@richtroxler Жыл бұрын
We do, but it's not a beach game. It's kayaks and boats, usually around bridges, and most are smaller bay fish compared to what we catch up north.

Just listened to all 7 parts. Fantastic story. Is this available in print anywhere? I did a couple quick searches and can’t find anything.

Hi Undertoe. Thanks for listening to it. It was published online in Zeno's Surfcaster's Magazine several years back. There might be an archived version somewhere. Found it issuu.com/surfcasters_journal/docs/sjissue7 page 147. Roger Martin wrote a nice introduction in the beginning of the magazine.

richtroxler oh awesome! Thanks for the info. Zeno’s a character. I follow the surfcasters journal KZbin channel as well.

Yeah, Zeno's a great guy. He also shot a video of me pouring leadheads in my shop quite a few years ago when I live on the island. Haven't spoke to him in a while.
