Another great video. No custom builds. 100% spec and all tilt wall construction and all designer and verandas homes only. That’s why you were right to point out the differences. If you drive into the section of Richmond across from Okahumpka rec center and next to Richmond Golf and pull into a neighborhood there, the homes look different and have more character. They were built differently block homes, tilt, and some wood frame, and many custom homes. And it shows. You are right. Location is amazing though.

These are Designer Homes. Verandas have walls. The reason these Designer homes look so cookie cutter, is because the Developer took the least expensive route by choosing the standard elevation on the roofs. Designer homes have 3 choices for roof elevations and they clearly took the less expensive route. I'm sure they put all the least expensive choices inside as well. They know they can charge and get a premium on these homes, simply based on location.

The homes backing to Meggison rd sold as soon as they were released. 400’s-900k Congrats to the people who were able to pick one up. They went so fast.

Actually some of the houses were built in this Village with some having swimming pools that have not been sold yet. Contractor built them knowing that it may be a selling point for the house. Also it is cheaper to include the infrastructure for the pool in the original build.

Ride through the neighborhood in a couple of years and you will see a totally different view. People that move in will put their own landscaping and individuality to each property.
