It needs a lot of updating but you would end up with a nice cozy home with lots of privacy in the back that practically no homes have in the Villages with all the birdcages a few short feet away.

Kitchen is very outdated. Not a fan of the ceramic floor or popcorn ceilings.Bathrooms are outdated and cheap finishes on everything. Don't like laundry in the garage.
