Great video Gary! We considered a pool home but with 100+ “free” pools in The Villages, no personal maintenance/upkeep required, no insurance implications, etc., we are thankful we did not pursue that feature. Yes, there is an absolute convenience to walk out of your own door and be just steps away from a pool. Have a good weekend!

Retiring in six months. I am looking to purchase 3/2 home with pool, three car garage in The Villages. Are you a RE Agent? I did tour new homes last week in this development. I am open to new home or twelve year (or newer) preowned home.

My recommendation is you consider David Monty a realtor in the Villages who also has a KZbin channel you may want to check out and my Villages agent was Suzanne Premo who can be reached at [phone] if you would like to consider her as well since this will allow you to look at both MLS and Villages listings. Gary, are the homes listed with The Villages Properties (non MLS) also shown on Zillow? In the past I’ve seen a handful of homes for sale there with pools as well.

No, Village properties are not on Zillow. I did not look at the Villages properties but you can sometimes find them there as well.
