One of those obscure Arnold movies you just have to see. Always love it.

Great comeback by Arnold: "That's easy for you to say" 😂 Arnold even showed his leading man charisma even before Conan and Terminator...

Mel Tillis had an actual stutter. He had to ring the bell to get through his lines. Also, he doesn't stutter when he sings - which is why he sang some of his lines in this scene.

A lot of people have never seen this movie. A forgotten classic in my opinion

I didn't even know it existed until 5 minutes ago thanks to a comment on FB. I thought Conan was Arnie's first movie.

@@davidpaxton6402 with out looking at Google lol I think pumping iron was his first movie. This might be his 2nd or 3rd. I just looked it up. I don't like looking bad in comments. Hercules in New York was his first movie. The villain was his 3rs.

@@WhoDat1976 lol thanks. I knew about the bodybuilding movie but it was a documentary rather than a fiction movie. I also just found out Arnie got a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in the same year he did The Villian in 1979. I started that exact same degree in 1981. Plus I've seen in recent videos on YT Arnie only talks about weightlifting and fitness, not his movies and politics. His original passions. I took up gym work back in the early 80s because of a body building magazine article about Arnie, and this year at 59 I'm doing a 3 month resistance tube workouts 6 days/week at home to get shredded and 6 packs for the first time. Im halfway there too. :)

Yep. I found this movie yrs ago in a DVD sale bin & grabbed it. Loved it when I saw it in the theatre as a kid with my entire family & knew I'd likely not find it again on sale again. I haven't seen it for sale in another store since. Still makes me laugh.

This is the first movie I remember ever watching as a kid. Have loved it ever since. Have it on dvd and showed my own kid when he was younger.

One of the funniest scenes in cinematic history. Mel Tillis was a treasure who should have been used more in comedies.

+J Joe Townley - Write to some comedy casting directors then because Mel Tillis is still very much alive! He is still touring the country telling jokes and singing his songs. My wife and I got to hang out with him on his tour bus a couple of years back and he is a truly amazing guy.

Arnold being good as a straight man in a comedy in 79. I didn't realize he had done comedy before twins. And I thought any comedy he may have done before wouldn't have been good. Just remembered he was good on I love Lucy too
