I think instead of making a large vote to get rid of the plague you make a vote for each kingdom on whether they want to cure their plagues or not. This would give kingdoms an intersting choice as they can either choose to cure it or focus on other things

I believe a unit has a small chance of randomly generating with immunity. However it is usually gained when a unit has the plague amd survives. Then this unit has a chance of passing immunity down.

This series made me realize the game needs a feature/mod to give the villages to an existing kingdom, instead of just making them rebel and changing their emblem and colors. It could work together with the clan system. That would help in cases where for example, Pablion kingdom is still standing, but they also have a member of house pab as a leader in another kingdom, and he rebels, then you would add that village to Pablion instead of making it an AI kingdom, (or even, the game could do that automatically using the clan system). As far as I know you currently can not add villages to another kingdom, can you? Also, an option to toggle if villages can be conquered if their army is still standing or not. Because sometimes it looks really weird that their armies are clashing and suddenly the village gets taken and the armies immediately stop fighting. And yeah, believe me, things like the plague and fungus, just 1 creature infected is enough for the rest of the world. At least zombies are easy to defend against when civilizations have ranged weapons.
