The Viral TikTok Cucumber Salad - So easy!

I love this salad!!! Surely you’ve seen every single person on tiktok try this?! Thanks Logan!! (@logagm) Haha.
Below is the rough sprinkle ingredients that you pour over your cucumber. You gotta be the judge of this one!
I used 5 Lebanese cucumbers and added:
Soy sauce (I used light soy)
Fish sauce
Sesame oil
Rice wine vinegar
Sushi sesame seasoning (furikake)
Toasted sesame seeds
MSG (small sprinkle)
Chilli crisps (I use Umami Papi)
Optional: A tbsp of chilli dumpling dressing
4 garlic cloves
3cm ginger nob
2 spring onions
1 tsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp korean chilli flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Add garlic, spring onion and ginger into a small blender and blend until a small chopped consistency. Place into a heat save bowl.
Add sesame seeds, Korean chilli flakes and mix well.
Heat oil until its bubbling (you can add a wooden chip stick in the oil, and if it bubbles it’s ready)
Pour over the garlic and ginger until it stop bubbling.
Once it stops bubbling - add in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and oyster sauce. Mix. This is your dumpling sauce!
