Nearly all of these games were on the AtGames Legend Mini (the one that was a puck with an arcade stick straight HDMI output). I remember being really content finding that one sale for $50 from GameStop. I would recommend that thing for even a $100 or more. This thing? Doesn't seem worth the high price esp for only 12 roms, underwhelming physical build (other than the art displays), and the awful looking UI. Thank you for reviewing, MLP

Saying it sucks is a bit harsh, but Visco doesn't make quite the impact that Capcom or SNK or Konami or Namco would. It's like paying to see Demi Moore, but you get Mimi Rogers instead.

@@Madlittlepixel I got the gist, Ronny. The inputs aren't great and some games have screen tearing, right? I still say the big downfall of this cabinet are the games by a second-string company. When you can get Marvel vs. Whatever for $100, you're not going to want to pay twice that for a cabinet filled entirely with games by the Rob Schneider of game companies.

Yes you are right! Visco did make some fun games. I do not care for top view racing games, but I do love Drift Out, it's a lot of fun ! It's these companies I get irked at. I mean,. thank goodness they had to print "mini arcade bar top"all over it because the last one I bought, my shoe strings kept getting tangled in the joystick!!!!!

9:40 Hey @Madlittlepixel, did you tried out either changing pixel perfect picture settings on the TV screen and the Arcade Screen on Maze of Flott and Asuka & Asuka game to see if the jittering doesn't appear? I don't know if the screen settings or could be the HDMI quality? I think you should test out any of the TV option settings on any of the games in the Visco Mini Arcade since the other games you showed wasn't shimmering in the video was Captain Tomaday.

The tearing appears no matter the settings, the shimmering or jittering is still present but seems to be less noticeable in some settings.

Nah we don't need another neogeo mini. We have lots of options now and we can use the neogeo 8bitdo controllers no problem. The best option is the neogeo x dock with neo raspberry pi version, looks mint on the TV with the wireless controllers or arcade sticks.

I guess you just can't beat the real thing, even if that ends up being just an MVS 6 Slot board and an arcade monitor setup with home made panel with quality original MVS controls (that's what I have due to space restrictions + a bit of a Happ fan) No tearing, sounds good and no need for scanlines. 😛

Visco is a name i have been reading a lot during January because I was testing one and each of roms from the Final Burn Neo rom set, and I recognize those games. Most are ok...but not great, still enjoyed many. But I never imagined that they would do an official product for sale but with those huge flaws on it. Hoped it was a better business company but think not.

I don't understand and maybe I'm missing something? What is wrong with a company selling re-pro carts if they're properly labeled? It's not as if we can go to a store and buy these games. You can't go out and pick up brand new Jaguar, N64, Neo Geo, Famicom, ect.. games anymore. I just don't get the hate. If for example they were selling Switch games then, yes I get that 100%. I just see many of these companies as the last line of defense we have against the digital takeover. Addendum- If I have this wrong guys, let me know. I'm definitely not here to start anything or rub people the wrong way.

Hate? I point out a weird thing I noticed because I know BlazePro and have bought NeoGeo carts from them. I find it odd this company UNICO which conducts very weird business to begin with and is supposed to be in some capacity working with SNK officially for a bunch of products. So somewhere something off seems to be going on... the connections between all these companies is odd. Imagine a company working with Nintendo on a product and then having TeamXecuter manufacture it for them.. thats the point... I find it kind of strange.

We now live in age where you can go out and buy a hard-drive with every ROM from the last 40 years on it. Not sure of the appeal of spending 200$ for 12 Roms. You are just buying the ART and BOX at that point and you could do better there as well.
