Mi seh this brought back sooooo many memories, from finding a stone to knock the gate, to hiding from visitors and peeping through people windows. My gosh! Once time Sis. Charmaine came to visit us at home and I guess mommy didnt want to see her, so she sent my sister and me to the window to tell her "mommy not home". Sis. Charmine push her hand inside, move the curtain more & said, 'then is who combing yu hair so neat?'. Hear stupid me, 'a mommy combing it!' Same time mommy started creeping out of the kitchen to the bedroom and Sis. Charmaine saw her and started shouting 'See Maxine deh, Si Maxine deh!'. Oh Lord we did get a proper cussing from mommy that evening.
