I prepared enoki mushroom rice today!
Ingredients (per serving)
a bag of enoki mushrooms
1/2 onion
1/2 tbsp ground garlic
2 spoons of soy sauce
2 tbsp of cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
Additional ingredients
leek
Sesame oil
Sesame salt
Yolk

How to make
1. Slice the onion and cut the enoki mushrooms into 3 pieces after removing the roots
2. Add cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the onion slightly
3. Add ground garlic and stir-fry it with onions
4. If it's going to burn, add water and mix it well with soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce
5. Add the enoki mushrooms, stir-fry them until you are out of breath, and turn off the heat
6. Put it on the rice, garnish it, and take a bite
7. I try to adjust the tempo so that I don't have an upset stomach while eating in a hurry
